"Seduce Me", Okanagan Erotic Art Show, 2010

My acrylic painting (right) is juried into this year's Okanagan Erotic Art Show, theme is "Seduce Me".
"Alluring Rendezvous", is a play of seductive, naughty fantacies of both genders of our times.
Who wants to dispute females dont find men in uniforms a turn on? What about plaid skirts, fishnets and red high heels for men? Well, what do I know? I am a good little girl (?)

16 entries out of a total of 55 submissions were juried into the show. "After the Fire" made it into the show, rendered in mixed media, the south slopes of Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park were my inspiration.

On a cloudy sunday afternoon 17 creative souls ventured north to see Reta's show at the quaint Lake Country Coffee House. Drive was short and sweet, bits of blue sky seen far in the distance was a sign we would make it to Okanagan Centre to capture images for our paintings. Coffee was yummy and Reta was a gracious hostess. Her enjoyable paintings reflect the gentle soul she is. Housed in the same building is Lake Country Art Gallery displaying a fine range of paintings and photographs.
